DEVELOPMENT
Pre-Construction: Pre-construction coordination with general contactor (GC) or construction manager (CM) for preliminary pricing and construction planning. Assist with the procurement ultimately of a GC or CM and Owners sub-trades for pre-construction services to devise a detailed divisional construction budget.
Construction Delivery Strategies: Identifying potential risks and best fit of the various construction delivery strategies for your project.
Owners Representative Construction Management Services: Ongoing project monitoring of the full construction process.
